Description
By 1996, sales into the Alberta market dictated the requirement for an Edmonton supply point, and so Watson Industrial Rubber was purchased. The name was changed to Green Line Hose & Fittings (Alberta) Ltd. We outgrew the existing Edmonton facility, and at the end of 2003, moved into our new 50,000 square foot building. In July of 1999 HyFlex expanded into a new building designed specifically to optimize efficient hose assembly production, with extra space for the growing custom assembly and kitting requirements for OEM customers. In the same year, HyFlex achieved ISO 9002 quality certification. In 2003, Hyflex achieved ISO 9001:2000 quality certification. Green Line Hose & Fittings (Manitoba) Ltd. opened in February 2001, providing a local stock of Green Line products in Winnipeg, and overnight delivery to existing and new customers in the region. Hose Headquarters Ltd. was founded in 1976 in Calgary, and expanded to provide multi-branch service to the Alberta market. In September 2002, Green Line Sales purchased Hose Headquarters Ltd., and increased its presence in southern Alberta and in the oil & gas market. Green Line Hose & Fittings (Sask) Ltd. opened in June 2003 to further expand our coverage.
