For over 60 years Hydrogenics has been providing new technologies and applications for industrial and commercial hydrogen systems – it has made us a world leader in delivering hydrogen systems around the world.

Dr. Bernd Pitschak was appointed Managing Director of Hydrogenics GmbH in April of 2002 after the company he co-founded in 1998 (ENKAT GmbH, a developer and provider of Fuel Cell Test Stations) was acquired by Hydrogenics. He is responsible for all business aspects in regards to fuel cell test stations, PEM fuel cells and system integration in Europe. In 2009 he took on the sales and marketing responsibility for Power to Gas activities in Germany.

Hydrogenics' Board of Directors shares the belief that its role is to ensure that the Company acts in the best interests of its shareholders. The focus of our board is to provide objective, prudent guidance to Hydrogenics' management. Through management, the Board ensures that in recognition of its ultimate responsibility for both fiduciary and regulatory matters, effective processes are in place, operating effectively and being monitored. The Board's responsibility to shareholders is demonstrated by its commitment to effective corporate governance and disclosure.
