Known from 1973 to 1983 under the name Hydrauliques Division Vestmor Enterprises Ltd., the company Hydrauliques R&O Services Inc. maintains a leadership position in the field of building mechanical systems. Hydrauliques R&O Services Inc. was the first TAB Company in the Province of Quebec to be certified under the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) in 1988. This is an international organization establishing procedural standards for testing and adjusting HVAC systems. This organization certifies the competency of its members and provides for their training.
