Hospice Palliative Care Ontario (HPCO) is a provincial association that unifies hospice and palliative care providers across Ontario. It promotes high-quality care, education, research, and standards for hospice services, aiming to ensure every Ontarian can access excellent hospice palliative care when needed. Formed in 2011 by merging The Hospice Association of Ontario and the Ontario Palliative Care Association, HPCO advocates for policy improvements, supports member organizations, and offers caregiver education and resources throughout the province.
