Horizon was initially launched in 2005 as a business unit of our partner company, WPCG . Starting out as a single person team our business made significant progress and captured market share enabling it to add key personnel. A few years later, the business incorporated as a separate company and officially launched an additional practice area. Horizon has continued to win contracts and business with some of Western Canada's leading companies.
