Description

Homeschooling Horizons Magazine is the brain-child of Angie Blackman, mother of 4, and homeschooler of over 7 years. Upon discovering and lamenting the high cost of homeschooling publications from the US, and the lack of publications in Canada, Angie began Homeschooling Horizons in 1996. Initially a small provincial magazine, Homeschooling Horizons Magazine was presented to the nation in 2000, increasing in size and quadrupling in distribution in just six months. Within a year, the Blackmans were proud to announce that readers spanned all ten provinces and two territories in Canada, as well as many bordering states in the United States.
