Did you know that Hollyburn Properties has many long-standing partnerships with organizations in our community? One of our proudest achievements is a 12 year relationship with Covenant House Vancouver , a non-profit committed to providing shelter, community support services, drug and alcohol counseling and transitional living programs for at-risk street youth. This partnership began with a clothing drive and gift in kind furniture donations and has evolved over time to include 5 Hollyburn apartments in Vancouver and Toronto dedicated to housing select Covenant House youth in their transition to independent living.

At Hollyburn, we celebrate bringing people together in multicultural rental communities and are proud of our many multilingual personnel. Helping people access information and services in their native language is one way we’re hoping to improve our customer service. We’d like to make the experience of seeking and living in rental accommodation as easy and stress-free as possible!.

Hillcrest Manor is located in a well established community of Bankview. The Property’s central location provides easy vehicle access to and from all parts of Calgary. The Property is conveniently situated approximately a 10 minute drive southwest of the central business district. Frequent bus service is available at transit stops along 17th A Street with route 6 providing regular service to 17th Avenue SW and the city centre.
