Holland College Early Learning Centre was established to provide quality childcare service to children and families. We provide equal opportunity for child care service to Holland College students, staff and surrounding community members. Providing direct experiences and learning opportunities for adult students in the Early Childhood Care and Education program, as well as other programs at Holland College, enhances our early learning program.

The School of Performing Arts combines the significant strengths and national reputations of two well-established institutions, Holland College and Confederation Centre of the Arts. Confederation Centre of the Arts was founded in 1964 as Canada's national memorial to the Fathers of Confederation, who gathered at Province House in Charlottetown in 1864 to discuss the creation of Canada.

Since its inception in 1969, Holland College has been committed to providing the best quality programs and services to its clients. With the move to attain ISO 9001 certification in 1998, the college moved to the forefront of Canadian community colleges, and in 1999 became one of only three Canadian community colleges to have achieved this internationally recognized designation.

Programs are designed to develop advanced culinary skills and provide managerial training while covering all aspects of food preparation, presentation and service at international standards. Students have the opportunity to learn from award-winning chefs and put their new skills to work during a period of internship.
