The CHIL-CON brand was established in 1967 as a designer and manufacturer of chillers and condensers. Today, the brand has developed into other markets and CHIL-CON is firmly established as a global designer and manufacturer of pressure vessels and heat exchangers for many industries including refrigeration, oil and gas refining, gas compression, food processing, and cold storage.

Our ISO9001 quality management system makes our organization more cost effective and efficient, providing our customers with consistent quality products. In addition, ISO gives us a powerful competitive tool to help our business grow and prosper.

Shell & Tube was established in 1967 in Tulsa, Oklahoma and has continued to grow through the utilization of the latest engineering practices, software and fabrication techniques producing the highest quality products. Fabrication was moved to the current 67,000 sq. ft. location in Stafford, Texas in 1994. Shell & Tube is a member of TEMA and currently holds ASME “S” and “U” stamps, and a National Board “R” stamp.

HENRY TECHNOLOGIES has been manufacturing in Canada as Chil-Con since February 1967. During the past forty-years the business has changed from being a manufacturer of chillers and condensers to a world-class fabricator of pressure vessels and heat exchangers. The markets we serve include oil, gas, petrochemical and industrial refrigeration. Our equipment can be found throughout North America, Middle East, Europe, South East Asia, Australasia, China and Russia.
