In the fall of 1955, Clarence Heer opened Heer's Paint Service at 677 Belmont Blvd. W. in Kitchener. Fueled by Clarence's dedication to quality products and customer service, the business soon enjoyed a growing & loyal customer base. Originally a paint and wallpaper store, soon Heer's Paint Service began offering an expanded range of products. So much, in fact, that in 1967, the Belmont location grew into a full 2,000-square-foot showroom and an additional 2,500 square feet of warehouse and office space.
