"At forty two years of age, I suffered a Myocardial Infarction losing thirty five percent of my heart to damaged tissue and I had a thirty eight percent ejection fraction, which meant that I had no upper body strength and I needed to take a nap every day. I did have an angioplasty as I was ninety five percent blocked in one artery and over seventy five percent in the others. As a roofing contractor, this was a hindrance and I was supposed to go on long term disability. This was not a pleasant thought. I joined the Healthy Heart Program at the local hospital and learned about diet and exercise and met a lot of people with similar problems. In early 1999, I heard about a garlic, cayenne mix that was supposed to do amazing things, so I took a leap of faith and took it three times per day under my tongue.
