Description

Hawboldt?s, has a long history of serving Nova Scotia. Established as an Appliance store in 1955, by Arno G. Hawboldt, it was located at the corner of Gerrish & Grey St, in Windsor. As his business flourished and expanded into furniture, Arno decided to purchase the historical building known as the Windsor Furniture Factory. This turn of the century building constructed of brick and timber shows off the unique skills associated with ship building in its day. Arno G. Hawboldt?s Furniture Ltd. quickly became the place to shop for home furnishings and is currently owned and operated, by Scott Lloy, a local Windsor resident.
