Hastings Lake is a link in the chain of Lutheran Outdoor Ministry. It is based on the message of God's love and God's acceptance. The God who said "If you love me, love one another." And so our Mission is "To Make Christ Known" and to spread the Good News of this love and acceptance! The camp exists to provide a unique opportunity for people of all ages to participate in a program that promotes: - Meaningful involvement with old and new friends - Positive stimulating and enjoyable activities - Opportunity to share experiences - Delightful harmony of happy singing - The joyous discoveries of peace and richness in God's word
