Harvest Venture Builders is a not-for-profit early-stage venture studio focused on solving gaps in the venture ecosystem. Since 2019, it has developed infrastructure to identify, capitalize, and scale early-stage technology ventures, particularly in fintech and climate/energy sectors. The climate and energy vertical prioritizes connections between AI innovators and energy companies, creating a world-first Energy AI ecosystem in Calgary, Alberta. This effort has led to the growth of over 60 businesses, the creation of more than 1,000 tech jobs, and the securing of over $500 million in private capital across Western Canada.
