Our most recent projects are "Century Point Business Park ", 28 acres of industrial land in northwest Edmonton to be serviced and then subsequently sold or developed into approximately 400,000 sq. ft. of warehouse/retail/office buildings in 3 phases of approximately equal size, "Currents of Windermere ", 100 acres of proposed retail land in southwest Edmonton and "Eau Claire" in Calgary. In the United States, Harvard Investments, Incorporated, a Hill Company based in Scottsdale, Arizona, focuses on the development of master planned communities and land ventures. At any given time, this company has 9 to 12 projects under development in the southwest United States.
