The day is filled visiting amazing producers of food, absolute geniuses at what they do - Choucroute producer, eaux-de-vie producer, Munster cheese producer and the jam maker to the stars Christine Ferber.

For over 30 years we have been gathering expertise, knowledge, contacts and friends so that what we’re able to create for you is an experience that can’t be found elsewhere. We especially pride ourselves on having preferred access and these personal encounters make all the difference. That reclusive winemaker who won’t do tastings? A private collector who never opens his home for cocktails? A historic monument that refuses to permit dinner within its walls. All our programs combine extraordinary moments such as these into an experience you’ll remember forever.

In order to maximize biking/hiking time we provide picnic lunches which are enjoyed in the vineyards along the way with a cool ½ bottle of Riesling wine.
