Good Morning , This mail is to extend a very big THANK YOU to the staff, and techician. The opener for my Wife's side of the garage broke yesterday morning and I called around noon and talked to the office staff who was so very helpful and courteous with respect to our problem, her knowledge and attitude was very nice to hear and somewhat very hard to get nowadays but she certainly represented your company's policies of service to the customer having that kind of staff working with you is very rare and makes us understand why your company has received many award's for just that kind of service. We were able to have both opener's replaced by supper time. I received a call at 3pm. saying that Brad would be here in a half an hour and was right on time. He was very professional in doing what he does and made sure that there was not a single bit of waste left in our garage and also explained what the difference was between our old openers and the new Lift Master.He had the installations done in a couple of hours. Having this kind of personal working with your company must make you quite proud as I'm sure that all other people are just as good.
