Hamilton Cab was formed in October 2003, by merging the city's two major taxi companies, Veterans Taxi and Hamilton Co-op Taxi. In 2006 Hamilton Cab bought Yellow Cab; Hamilton's oldest taxi company serving Hamilton since 1922. By using advanced computer technology and offering excellent customer service, it has become one of Hamilton's leading taxi companies. Hamilton Cab is one of the largest taxi companies with 200 newer model vehicles supplying taxi transport services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our Net Dispatch system enables us to provide the highest standard of customer service and safety. Our Communications Center staff is polite and well trained to serve our customers. Our drivers are professionally trained and most have 10-15 years of experience in the Hamilton taxi industry. Our drivers receive comprehensive training to provide excellent customer service. They also complete a thorough examination to ensure that they are the safest taxi drivers on the road. You will recognize our drivers as they are attired in Hamilton Cab's distinctive uniform. Our taxis are newer model cars and minivans that are all safe, clean and well maintained.
