H. Ash & Associates Ltd. was founded in 1981, by Howard Ash. For more than 20 years H. Ash & Associates has been building residential, commercial and industrial projects in many communities in Southern Alberta, including Calgary, Cochrane, Okotoks and Carstairs. There are numerous projects in all of these locales. H Ash & Associates ltd., is most recently focused on building residential and commercial projects designed for the growing retirement segment of the Southern Alberta population. They have partnered with another company, The Elders Development Corporation, also founded by Howard Ash in 2003, to bring innovative alternatives to adult living in the smaller communities around Alberta. Construction is currently underway with two projects; The RidgeStone in Black Diamond and River Heights in Cochrane.
