H & O Centerless Grinding Inc

Description

H&O has a fully operational CNC department along with our Centerless Grinding. We also do Deep Hole Driling and can do Honing up to 8' in length. This allows us to do all our work in house and not have to outsource. H&O manufactures small components ranging from (0.01" diameter to 0.23" long) to as large as (11" diameter to 50" long) to exacting tolerances (as close as 0.00005). We also grind bars over 30' long. Our range of products includes: shafts, bushings, rings, dowels, valve stems, spacers, pistons and locating pins.

H&O has a long reputation for excellence in custom precision manufacturing. Although "centerless grinding" is in our name we have always been a complete machine shop with all forms of turning, drilling, milling, as well as CNC machining and grinding. Expertise developed in grinding has brought particular strength in manufacturing close tolerance cylindrical parts. Our staff has been with the company long-term - 35% have over 10 years. People in leadership positions have an average of over 15 years with the company and an average age of less than 45 years.

The majority of our customers are industry leaders in their fields. Their focus is on design and engineering. Our focus is to take care of their part needs.
