The Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance was founded on a number of key principles, including a single, Regional Board, one staff, one budget, and one medical staff encompassing all four sites. Local advisory committees to the Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance Regional Board have been set-up to ensure an ability to focus on local site issues.
