Horizon Oil Consultant Corporation (HOCC) has been formed by a number of professional directors energized and highly motivated for success. Our members include geophysicists, drilling consultant, petroleum engineers, a business administrator with an MBA and an attorney. HOCC is an engineering consultant firm that provides the international petroleum industry with a variety of technical and business development services. Founded in 1995, HOCC offers its technical services in the form of comprehensive studies and contract personnel.

He has a PhD in geophysics engineering and is a professional consultant who focuses on good business decision to increase success and profitability for HOCC’s clients. He has experience in business negotiation, teaching and training, computer proficient, seismic interpretation, reservoir evaluation and has communication skills for all levels of management. He demonstrates leadership ability to create a positive team environment with his colleagues.
