The Director of Food & Beverage, assess, evaluate and ensure that long and short term goals of all Food & Beverage operations are met. To direct and manage all food & beverage activities to maximize food & beverage revenue, profitability and quality goals by developing and executing marketing strategies, up-selling strategies, controlling costs, and by providing quality service and products to guests.

We are looking for a Middle East Sales Executive for our new office in Dubai according to the below profile: • Manage Gulf Region accounts business in Gulf area to meet established marketing goals. • Responsible for managing customer relations to ensure high quality customer service, rapid problem response and resolution, and proper understanding and use of gsf products. 5 star hotel and resort group in Batam urgently looking for experienced F&B manager. Must have true prior experience in a 4-5 star international properties. Position based in Batam. Position is only open to Indonesian. Overseas experience desired but not a must.
