Paul Durkin has over 30 years of experience in design, construction, and rehabilitation of thermal electric power plants, boilers, chilled water plants and cogeneration plants. Mr. Durkin provides Project Management and Engineering Services for various projects carried out by Gryphon. Mr. Durkin is one of the founding members and President of Gryphon. Prior to the founding of Gryphon, Mr. Durkin was a Project Manager/Senior Mechanical Engineer at SNC-WP London and Associates, London Nuclear Services, and Babcock and Wilcox.

Gryphon is a multi-discipline consulting engineering design firm founded in 1990 and is dedicated to the Thermal Power and Energy Industry.

Jim Noordermeer has over 30 years of international experience in the design, layout, installation, construction, commissioning, startup, servicing, and overhauling of gas turbine power and steam turbine generator power plants, including cogeneration, and combined-cycle plants and associated equipment. Mr. Noordermeer is a Principal at Gryphon, the Manager of Business Development, Manager of Projects and a Project Manager.

Dominic Au has over 30 years of international experience in the design and testing of thermal power and combined cycle plants. Mr. Au is a Senior Mechanical Engineer, a Project Manager at Gryphon and our Manager of Engineering. In 1998, Dominic became one of the principals of Gryphon. Prior to joining Gryphon in 1991, Mr. Au was a Senior Mechanical Engineer with SNC-WP London and Associates, and Fluor-Daniels, and started his career with the Hong Kong Electric Co. Mr.
