Administrative Coordinator : Barb Bell Barb oversees the accounting system, customer bookings and ESA requirements at Groves Electric. She brings with her extensive experience in accounting gained from her involvement in her family business and also several years in a large corporate setting. She is also very active as a volunteer in our community.

All hot tubs require a Certificate of Inspection from ESA to be considered safe and to be compliant with your insurance company and manufacturer's warranty.
