Groupe Vegco is a major grower and packer of red onions with over 10 years experience and we are proud to provide local quality product to our customers. Our red onions are available from August until March quality permitting. We grow over 120 acres of red onions with premium selected varieties.Our red onions with the wonderful color is perfect for fresh use or in grilling and charbroiling. Our red onion sizes like our yellow range from 1 3/4" ( boilers) to 3 1/2" ( colossal).

In 1969 our carrot plant Sapec Inc. was established and would later become members with Onipro Inc. The success of this Co-op was apparent and the increase of customer demand for carrots welcomed Consu-pak Inc. to join forces in 1989. Groupe Vegco Inc. was formed in 1993 for marketing our products and provides administration support for the 3 plants and our growers. With our shared expertise we are able to provide excellent customer satisfaction to you.

Groupe Vegco Inc. consists of 14 local growers/owners with 3 state-of-the-art packaging facilities for onions & carrots.

Our state-of-the-art facilities permit us to conserve our onions for 12 months therefore offering consistency to our customers with one grower year round and quality onions.
