Description
In 1990, two other companies, Procégaz and Rovano, were founded and integrated into the group. Then Procégaz became Service d’impartition industriel (S3i) in 1999, Construction Parox was founded in 2000, and Rovano became S3i Alimentaire in 2007. Also in 2007, the Mécanitec Group opened an office in Laval, in addition to the existing office in Trois-Rivières.
