groupSource is a full-service Third Party Administrator (TPA) with offices in Calgary, Edmonton, Kelowna and Vancouver.

We achieve this through our client services team who works closely with employers and their employees, our insurance partners, advisors and co-workers to provide reliable, unbiased information relevant to specific concerns and questions.

Today our 75 professional staff, located throughout western Canada, service in excess of 1,100 corporate clients. Our locations include Calgary, Edmonton, Kelowna and Vancouver. As in the past, our objective continues to focus on providing superior service and products to our clients in the most cost efficient manner. To achieve this we have developed a proprietary administration and claims adjudication system.

We provide greater efficiency in operations than insurers and as a result clients realize improved service and better value for their benefits dollar.
