In 2003, Planet Inc. saw an opportunity to rescue Green Forest. The plan was to rebuild Green Forest into a truly environmentally friendly green brand while continuing to offer products at an excellent value to consumers. After two years of researching, negotiating and looking for financing, Planet Inc. officially acquired Green Forest on April 1, 2005. One year later, we launched all new Green Forest products featuring upgraded environmental characteristics and fresh new packaging.
