In addition to his executive function as president of Green & Company, Terry has extensive experience in corporate and small business accounting, corporate tax, personal tax, and tax planning.

Maryann is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). She has spent her career working with Terry Green, starting out in Hamilton and moving to Green & Company in 1993. After completing the Business Administration program at Mohawk College, Maryann went on to earn her CMA designation in 1989. During the past 30 years, she has performed accounting engagements and has extensive experience with small business and corporations in the construction, retail, manufacturing and service sectors, to name a few.

Terry is a Chartered Accountant (CA) & Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), licensed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario. With over 36 years of experience, he started his own accounting firm in Hamilton, Ontario during 1974. The firm grew to 5 partners and a staff of 20 people between 1974 and 1993. In 1992, Terry acquired JC Bookkeeping in Cambridge, Ontario. JC Bookkeeping became Green & Company, and Terry continues to provide customers with exceptional accounting and income tax services as the head of Green & Company.

Barb started with Green & Company in 1999. She has 20 years experience in personal tax preparation and 10 years in corporate tax preparation. Barb is a graduate of the Business Administration-Accounting program, and has completed the fourth level of the CGA (Certified General Accountants) program. In addition to personal and corporate income tax returns, she assists clients with monthly bookkeeping, payroll, HST, remittances, and corporate year ends.
