Over the decades, Greaves Moving & Storage Ltd. has evolved from delivering food and furniture for the Bay to a company with 15 regular employees and 25 pieces of equipment and deliveries throughout North America. Yesterday, the 62-year-old family-owned firm won the Jack Hawthorne Lifetime Achievement award at the Vancouver Island Better Business Bureau's annual Torch Awards, honouring companies nominated by customers for honesty, reliability, service excellence, fairness and respect.
