We had a 10 year old patio door become completely rotten. Being on a limited budget because we’re retired, we were at a loss of what to do. Great Lakes not only came in to do the replacement work, they also contacted the manufacturer of the original patio door to get them to supply a replacement door at no cost! They not only fought for us, but were clean, on time and did a wonderful job installing the new door!
