Michael - Technical Manager Mike comes to us with over 10 years of experience as developer and manager in telecommunications, oil & gas, engineering, and G.I.S. industries. He manages the Software Development and Support teams, as well as our outsourcing partners. Mike has his ScrumMaster certification and founded Agile Edmonton, the only local Agile user group ( www.agileedmonton.org ). Kelly - Technical Support Lead Kelly is in charge of everything to do with the Technical Support and Training team to ensure our clients get the best possible service. Kelly has a technical background and great instincts to not only help out our users, but also recommend feature enhancements to improve our products for everyone. Wendy - Business Development Manager Wendy is in charge of Business Development initiatives for CompTracker and related product lines. Market research, client facilitation, tradeshows, marketing, and product development could be happening on any given day! She also volunteers for the Wildlife Rehabilitation Society of Edmonton ( www.wildlife-edm.ca ). Kathryn - CEO Kathryn works on the sales, marketing, and customer service of all products and services offered by Great Big Solutions. She is dedicated to ensuring the employees and clients of our company have the best experience and service possible. Kathryn volunteers on the Board of Directors for Crystal Kids Youth Centre in Edmonton ( www.crystalkids.org ). Apinya - Software Developer Apinya joined us after obtaining her Master of Science in Software Engineering and Intelligent Systems at the University of Alberta. She focuses on web technologies and backend development. In Thailand, Apinya's nickname (pronounced "Mo") literally translated means "watermelon," but the name actually comes from ancient heroes of Thailand. Adam - Software Developer Adam graduated from Computer Systems Technology at NAIT, and has focused on web and Windows client development through his career.
