Description

This full-time position reports directly to our VP Operations, and is based at our company headquarters in Elderbank, NS, a 30 minute drive from Halifax. The successful candidate will carry out all required heavy/light equipment maintenance repairs to our fleet of company owned vehicles and construction equipment. Time will be split between shop and field work at various job sites within the province. This position requires a self directed individual who can work without direct supervision.

Servicing homeowners, landscape contractors, and the golf course industry for over 30 years, our sods are available for direct delivery, as well as for purchase at most home improvement and retail garden centres in Nova Scotia & New Brunswick.

Musquodoboit Valley Quality Sod are growers and suppliers of premium quality nursery sod. We provide to landscape contractors, golf courses, municipalities and homeowners. Our product is also available for purchase at many retail garden centres. Turf Masters Ltd is the construction arm of the Granview Group, providing world class sport surface installations and commercial application landscapes for Atlantic Canada.

Turf Masters Ltd handles all after sales field service issues and non field installations in Atlantic Canada. As the installer of one of the 1st of greater than 2,000 FieldTurf fields that have been installed accross the globe, Turf Masters Ltd currently has service contracts that are in their eighth year. We have the equipment, and are knowledgeable in the techniques to provide the service, quality, and excellence that is importance for the lifespan of your FieldTurf field.
