Grandview Modular Homes was formed in 2008. This is the newest division of the company, which was started in 1971. This division was simply formed to offer our customers a different product than what was typically available at the time. Since then, the industry has evolved quite a bit, and many competitors are now attempting to provide similar, higher featured product lines, but we still feel that our homes are second to none. Grandview Modular Homes is dedicated to providing personalized, one on one consultation to ensure that our customers receive their custom home without fail.

I think there are very many things that separate us from our competitors, but in order for me to prove it, we need to encourage customers to go to our competitors and check it out for themselves. We promote to our customers that the experience they will have with us on their first visit will be highly educational.
