Our Design and Construction Team has over 30 years experience in the home building business. The unique and personal designs we achieve come from your input – but design is only one aspect; achieving it in construction is another. The craftmanship of our design is captured by our highly skilled Mark Whitney to achieve the look we set out to attain. Good Manors Development Inc. is a fully-insured company covered by Workman's Compensation Board (WCB) and National Home Warranty, and is a member of the Home Protection Office (HPO).

We specialize in traditional homes, creating a classic elegant look with a homey feel. Whatever design I come up with, Mark Whitney, our head craftsman along with our team, create a high end look at an affordable price.
