We work closely with our clients and their planning organization to establish the best possible environment for their event, ensuring that all arrangements provide a comfortable, fully supportive setting for the pursuit of the substantive work and, at the same time (where appropriate), permit informal networking opportunities for the participants. We fulfill all the tasks for which we are responsible within the approved budget by ensuring control of expenditures and obtaining appropriate approvals prior to making expense commitments.

GOLDEN PLANNERS INC. (GPI), an Ottawa-based corporation, is a full-service bilingual (English and French) firm of meeting and communications professionals dedicated to providing high levels of service to its clients.

For more than two decades, GPI has worked closely with a wide variety of clients (corporations, associations, not-for-profits and Canadian federal government departments) producing meetings and conferences, communicating client objectives and designing effective event programs since its inception. For more than a decade Golden Planners has been one of a select few firms on the Government of Canada's Standing Offer and Supply Arrangement List for Event Management. GPI is also a recommended supplier of Fairmont's Eastern Region Hotels including Chateau Montebello.

5 GPI has worked with CNA on their 2010, 2011 and 2012 annual conferences. Planning for the 2013 Conference and Trade Show is in full swing.
