We hope that if you are ever in the Eastern Ontario area that you take a trip to our retail store! We would love to meet you and your family. It always so wonderful to meet face to face with our customers. We have a strong community of customers, friends and family that support our business and products. In fact, many of our customers have become good friends of ours.

*We are not an in stock store. Because we have a very busy retail store and an in-store point of sale system that is not connect to our website, we cannot manage the stock levels. If you order an item that is not in stock, we will let you know immediately! You can then choose to wait for the item to be back in stock, modify your order or cancel your order. We try our best to order products within Canada to help our customers. Canadian manufacturers and distributors typical ship quickly. So often, we can have your item within 1-2 weeks.

Yet another first for Onyx! They have designed and manufactured the very first stainless steel ice pack. 100% non toxic! The body is made of 18/8 stainless steel, and it is filled with distilled water. So it is safe to go right into your container, next to your food.
