Global V Hospitality Inc. is an international hotel and property management company with offices in the United States, Canada, Egypt and Morocco. Since it's inception in 1987, Global V Hospitality has and continues to manage hotels, time shares, golf courses, restaurants and private clubs throughout the USA ,Canada, Hong Kong and Japan. Most recently Global V Hospitality has added hotel management contracts in the Middle East. The CEO is James Awad. James's combined background in business and hospitality management provide a solid foundation for the management business. In 2001, Global V Hospitality entered into a partnership with Marriott corporation, as Ramada International master franchisee In the Middle East and North Africa .This agreement will result in the development of 80 hotels over five years. The agreement will include hotels in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Lebanon, Tunisia, Morocco, the United Arab Emirates, Algeria, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait and Syria. The first hotels are expected to open in Tunisia, Egypt and Lebanon. In 2002, the master franchise rights were purchased for Days Inn Hotels in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia and Morocco and the master franchise rights for Howard Johnson Hotels in Saudi Arabia. In 2007, Global V Hospitality signed a master licensee agreement for MENA (Middle East North Africa) for the Park Plaza brand (Carlson Hotels worldwide) that will give the company more diversity on branding.
