We offer a one year manufactures warranty on all our lenses. Most frames have a one year warranty. Limited edition frames and certain manufactures due to the nature of their "one of a kind" and "special order frames" are not covered by warranty and is a "Final Sale". The purchase of a "Frame Only" is also considered a final sale and comes with no warranty. If you have any problems, we will be there to help you in any way we can. Our patients are very important to us and we want to look after them. Keeping them happy and seeing clearly.

Glasses to Go offers a complete eye exam on site by a licensed optometrist — Dr. Jennifer Ash . In partnership with Dr Ash, we provide on site exams to assess your eye health and provide you with all your eye wear needs. Eye exams are available in all local hospitals, nursing homes, lodges and any private home for patients who can not access there own doctor.(due to health issues, wheelchair bound, etc) We service paraplegic patients, M.S. patients, cancer patients, shut-ins etc. If you can not get out on your own for an eye exam. Contact our office to book an eye exam.Eye exams should be done regularly every two years.

We offer an engraving program which identifies your eye glasses permanently. This helps in identifying them if lost or misplaced eyewear. Nursing home staff can easily tell whose glasses they belong to. If this is a service you would like to have, please contact our office. We provide this service on site for a small fee.

This one on one appointment provides you, the patient, with the highest quality education, product knowledge, and service to assist you in finding the best possible lense and frame combination for your specific needs.
