Diane joined us in March 2013. She has ran her own family business for over 10 years. In our office, she is responsible for coordinating and organizing all our marketing materials and events. Diane is our ‘go to person’ as she excels at any tasks assigned to her. In her spare time, she enjoys camping and watching her favourite hockey team, the Boston Bruins.

We belong and are involved in several International Organizations. Our favourite practice area is International Tax. We provide service to companies expanding overseas from Canada and to those entering Canada from overseas.

Although we focus on corporate tax at Gilmour Knotts Chartered Accountants, we provide personal tax services for our corporate clients. Use the links below to access some commonly requested forms required to complete personal tax.

Gilmour Knotts, Chartered Accountants is a member of Integra International, a global association of local independent Accounting and Consulting firms. We have created a “Doing Business in Canada” guide to assist our Integra members and their clients to familiarize themselves with the necessary filing and tax requirements.

Dave joined us in August 2013. He has over eight years of experience in public practice and prepares financial statements and tax returns for our corporate clients. He enjoys helping small businesses grow and achieve their goals. When Dave is not working, he enjoys playing sports and spending time with his family and friends.
