To compensate for the increasement of our client activities, the relocation of their industrial site has become a priority in order to support and increase their productivity. Gespro planned relocation of the factory and its work, made ??effective implementation strategies to reduce the moving time, reorganized their workstation better suited to their needs. Gespro’s expertise permitted to propose the integration of new hoppers system, which helped to drastically reduce the changeover time and increase their effectiveness.
