THE COMPANY:
Since 1952, GERMIPHENE CORPORATION has set a standard of excellence in the manufacture and distribution of products for the health care industry. An all-Canadian company, Germiphene's commitment to quality is consistently recognized by our customers.

In addition to our Canadian and U.S. customers, we service overseas markets through exports to many countries including
Australia, UK, Thailand, Malaysia, Poland, Singapore, New
Zealand, South Africa and South America. The company is located in Brantford, Ontario, Canada, a one-hour drive west of
Toronto. Operations are controlled out of the 42,000 square foot facility housing Corporate Offices, Manufacturing,
Distribution, Quality Control and Research and Development laboratories. Additional warehouse/distribution facilities are located in Vancouver, B.C. Germiphene's ISO 9001 manufacturing facility is regularly inspected by HPB Canada, to comply with
GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)

PERSONNEL:
GERMIPHENE CORPORATION is wholly owned and operated by Ms.
Leslie Drake, President and CEO, who has 30 year's pharmaceutical experience in sales and senior management positions. John Cady, Vice President - Operations has 30 year's experience in manufacturing, engineering and design. Bert
Loopstra, Vice President - Sales, heads the Sales Department and has 20 year's sales and marketing experience in the healthcare industry.

Germiphene employs approximately 100 staff members and has extensive in-house experience in regulatory affairs, R&D and microbiology. The company also retains consultants in many segments of dentistry, including Periodontology and Infection
Control. Germiphene employs 17 Sales Representatives across
Canada concentrating in direct detailing in the Dental markets.
