Genie Audio, Inc

Description

Founded in 1963 by Raymond Lanteigne and Jean-Claude Genie, GENIE AUDIO Inc. imported hearing aids and hearing aid devices from Switzerland. Also, the company was already operating the best service lab for hearing aids, "from coast to coast". In the early 70's, a complete range of audiometric equipment (audiometers, impedancemeters, ABR systems) were available. A few years later (1975), the administrators started promoting a product line for the neurology market (EEG, EMG, SEP, VEP). Then, in the 80's, GENIE AUDIO Inc. stepped in the "All In The Ear" hearing aid manufacturing, by using the newest micro-technology available. This new venture showed all Canadian Hearing Aid specialists how important it was for us to stay a leader in that industry.
