This is another option given to you, our customer, to further upgrade your roof's life and warranty. Part of this procedure consists of applying Ice & Water Shield to all flashings and perimeters of the roof. The advantages are a more protected roof and a longer warranty.

To achieve a top quality job, you must first start with top quality manufacturers and materials. We use Canadian manufacturers. With free trade now in place, the market is being flooded with American product lines. These American shingles are distributed by new companies.

The most commonly used valley is a ninety pound mineral surface. This valley, if properly installed, is guaranteed by the manufacturer for only ten years. The lowest grade shingle is guaranteed by the manufacturer for twenty years. These products are not properly matched. This type of valley will not last the duration of the roof and will result in expensive service.
