Welcome to the Gateway Community Health Centre. We are located in Tweed, Ontario and have been open for service since 1991. Gateway CHC is one of sixty Community Health Centres in Ontario. The Centres are grass-roots organizations that are non-profit, governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and funded by the Provincial Ministry of Health and Long Term Care.
