The President, Gareth J. Pugh, is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and a Professional Quantity Surveyor with more than 30 years construction experience in the U.K., Canada and the U.S.A. both as a consultant and contractor which has included involvement in contracts for Municipal, Provincial and Federal Governments, light and heavy industrial plants, residential and commercial subdivisions, commercial, institutional and multi family buildings, airports, golf courses and custom homes.
