Description

Our original corporation was founded in 1987 with an operating name of Labernetics Inc. The prime objective was to design, manufacture & market DC motor controls. We were also very active in the manufacture of custom Industrial controls and counters for Union Carbide, Algoma Steel, PPG Canada (formerly Duplate Canada Limited). We manufactured DC regenerative and standard DC motor drives under the trade names of Reden-o-Drive and Pos-o-Drive. Currently we are involved in the design & manufacture of three and four axis NC machines including a bridge type flame cutting machine incorporating servo drives, stepping motor drives and computer interfacing. In 1999 a tracking and accounting system was developed for Table Board Bingo employing the Parallax Basic Stamp, a standard PC and visual basic programming. PLC programming, Omron, Idec, AB, GMF robotics (Fanuc), PIC Microchip, eprom and eeprom burning are also specialties. We also carry used electronic controls and motors (Modicon, Compumotor, ICC, Allen Bradley, Boston Gear, Delta, variable frequency drives). We use Yeager Automation Software, Microsoft Visual Basic software. Year 2000 brought us into a new era when it was necessary to find a new name and start a new corporation. Gaming Essentials Inc. became the choice.
