Keep in mind that the time depends on the nature of the repairs that are needed and some repairs can take up to 2 weeks to complete (see FAQ or Custom jewellery/services ). You can feel confident that your jewellery is in good trusting hands of a gold smith who has been working in the industry for over 40 years.

We provide a certified watch repair technician (horologist) on site who is a member of AWI (American Watchmaker Institute) and the NAWCC (National Association of Watchmaker and Clock Collectors) to take care of any watch needs that you may have. Some common watch repairs that can be offered while you wait include but are not limited to: changing a watch battery, watch band adjustments, replacing crystals, replacing hour markers, time regulation, hand alignments, and replacing/changing watch bands. Many other repairs are offered and the time needed to complete the repair depends on the nature of the work that needs to be done and parts that may have to be ordered. Our watch technician services all makes and models including antique and high end watches.

It is simple, we have been in business since 1973 and our customer base would not be continuously growing over the years if we were not doing something right! Another reason is that most of our staff members have been with us for 10 years or more which speaks for itself.
