The Buyer agrees that the Seller shall have no liability for correcting any defect in the materials and workmanship in any re-sale Product(s) and that the Seller only obligation is to make a reasonable commercial effort to assist the Buyer in making a warranty claim as against the manufacturer’s standard warranty.
